NCBRT Instructor Highlight

Charlotte Sullivan has more than 15 years of experience in systems analysis and development, including outlining security requirements and procedures for both U.S. and international clients. She is currently Senior Director for Risk Analysis at Hicks & Associates, a subsidiary of SAIC in Arlington, Va., where she offers support to the Office of the Secretary of Defense. Her work in this role includes the development of alternative mitigation strategies for various government homeland security clients.
Prior to this, Sullivan worked at SAIC as a subject matter expert and systems engineer for the development of anti-terrorist systems designed to be implemented internationally. She was also the task lead for identifying maritime port security requirements necessary for the protection of the Port of Los Angeles, the Port of Miami and the Port of Long Beach, as well as numerous international ports. In addition, Sullivan led a team devising a wide-area security network solution for SAIC’s winning proposal for the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens.
At NCBRT, Sullivan is certified to teach Agricultural Terrorism courses at the Management level.
